Great product special ly child protection... easy connections and only thing it should have come with the base. Base could be cheaper but great product.

The first unit to arrive was damaged. I called and Sean in Customer Service assisted in determining the issue and getting us a new undamaged unit within a week. The unit we have now is working perfectly. Very quiet and dispenses nicely chilled water and hot water for my tea. No more having to wait for the kettle to boil. Bonus.
