So far so good. The only complaint I have is that the hot water isn't very hot. It's warm.

This water dispenser is very easy to use and clean. It is everything I was looking for and I love that it has 3 different types of water temp you can choose from plus a self cleaning button

We love the product but received it 2x dented. We also believe the metal tube is bent but need confirmation from Alavon. We decide to keep the 2nd dented unit rather than go through the hassle of ordering another one.
