The first thing to note is the cooler should remain upright at all times. It was delivered in a cardboard outer shipping box as well as an inner box from the manufacturer. Rather than tip the item over, or lean it too far to open, both boxes can be torn o

The setup instructions a mostly pretty good, except for 2 minor points: 1) To remove the top of the storage tank for initial rinse it is not clear that you have to use a screwdriver thru the top of each tab to release the tabs. 2) when draining the rinse water it does initially shoot out of the drain, missing the bucket entirely but doing a good job of hitting the floor. Clarification on that issue would be good, along with a suggestion to hold the bucket at an angle right under the drain to catch that first jet of water.
