Was able to easily set up the product. I like the option of being able to turn off the heating or cooling inside. There also little to no noise emanating from the dispenser and the water comes out really cold and fresh. Overall really satisfied with my new water dispenser.

The setup instructions a mostly pretty good, except for 2 minor points: 1) To remove the top of the storage tank for initial rinse it is not clear that you have to use a screwdriver thru the top of each tab to release the tabs. 2) when draining the rinse water it does initially shoot out of the drain, missing the bucket entirely but doing a good job of hitting the floor. Clarification on that issue would be good, along with a suggestion to hold the bucket at an angle right under the drain to catch that first jet of water.
