I am pleased with the ease of set up and the appearance of this water dispenser. I am trying to use it more often for drinking. My husband works for a major water/refreshment delivery service and we both feel like this cooler is suitable for our needs. The five gallons just slide right in and the water is nicely cooled and also HOT when I need it. The child safety feature would be a plus for homes with small children. I hope it runs for many years to come.
