The cooler was easy to install and works great as of day 2. Haven’t used the hot water feature but the cold water is great.

Perfect size for my office. Modern look. Easy to load and unload the bottle. I like the fact you can drink hot, cool, and cold water

I just plugged it in so I don't really have anything to say yet. As far as the look of the machine, it's very nice and was easy to set up and install the bottle.
