We have the self cleaning, bottom load water cooler and had a few issues with the first one received, after speaking with customer service they sent out parts and when that didn't work did send a replacement which works great. I can't say enough about their customer service, the best we've ever dealt with. Thank you Michaela H. :)

Love this water dispenser

Brought this dispenser for a family of 3 and we are loving the 3 different temperature settings. Being able to have ice cold water, room temperature or make a cup of hot tea or hot chocolate without warming up water, all at the push of a button is great! The machine does make some noise but it's nothing to distracting. The bottom loading feature is heavenly, no more lifting heavy jugs just slide them in and out the bottom. The set-up was easy very easy, make sure to read directions 1st, as you don't plug it in right away. Our machine came with a wire unattached, customer service was able to walk me through the steps on a video call to reattach the wire and get our system up and running. I would definitely recommend this water dispenser to family and friends.

We go through a 5 gallon every other day. We've been using it for about 9 months. Had an issue, contacted support through email and they respond within 15 minutes (10 minutes past office hours), and walked me through a super easy quick adjustment that fixed the issue. Tubing that had wiggled loose. Working perfect again! No stress, and works great!

AVALON has hit a home run with this unit. Yes, it may have a higher price but you get what you pay for. The cold water is VERY cold, the hot water is VERY hot and the self cleaning function that ozonates the water makes this unit the best on the market. In the past I was using fresh and clean spring water but it never occurred to me that the pipes and plumbing become infected with bacteria. This unit removes that unseen bacteria. If we told to drink 8 glasses of water a day, I think it best that we drink the cleanest water available. AVALON A3 enables that process to happen. I just can't believe how cold the unit makes the water and how hot it makes the water. Icy cold and piping hot water, again a plus for the AVALON A3 unit. I have mentioned how efficient the AVALON A3 unit is but what is probably the most important is the after market care that AVALON offers. Michaela is the Customer Service representative that I have dealt with prior to purchasing my unit. I can tell you that she is amazing. Hard working, personable, professional and quite knowledgeable about the AVALON water coolers. So there it is...Looks good, works great and comes with after market care. It all good and I didn't even mention the night light. Thanks AVALON for going above and beyond with your production of the AVELON A3.
