so far so good though its only been in use for a little more than a week. my only complaint at this point is the waste of paper: 3 different glossy user guides in 3 languages with many pages having only one word on them (great to have multiple languages but use less paper please?); same with the multiple one page inserts for registration lets connect like it love it review it we love our customers you get the idea. very very stylish and attractive but too much for this application. will be activating self cleaning tonight so well see how that goes.

Like the concept of bottle on the bottom. It is a little loud at times, but not consistently. Had a problem at set up, the pump wasn’t drawing up water from the jug. Called customer service. The rep was quick to the call,quick to have a solution, and was professional. I like the unit so far only concern is the sometimes loud refrigerator sound.
