The instructions are not quite specific enough and the water cooler makes a loud noise when dispensing the water (not sure if its supposed to?) but other than that it works great and looks really nice!

The product is perfect. Minor improvements might be: 1. Simplify hot water button. I do not have children. 2. A clear transparent door for the water bottle just a fallback in case the blinking LED malfunctions.

so far so good though its only been in use for a little more than a week. my only complaint at this point is the waste of paper: 3 different glossy user guides in 3 languages with many pages having only one word on them (great to have multiple languages but use less paper please?); same with the multiple one page inserts for registration lets connect like it love it review it we love our customers you get the idea. very very stylish and attractive but too much for this application. will be activating self cleaning tonight so well see how that goes.
