It is not as easy to change the water as I expected

It is not as easy to change the water as I expected and the hot water stops when the water level gets too low. This did not happen on my previous bottom load water cooler (Westinghouse).

We absolutely love our water cooler. it's quiet, easy to use and let;s us know when we need to refil our water jug. Water is either cold, which we love for the summer, and room temperature as the weather gets colder and the hot water is instant for a nice cup of tea. Love it and it looks really nice too!
