My initial feedback is that it appears to be a great product. The set up instructions and manuals are very thorough and illustrated. The A3BLK model appears to be well made. I feel like I've become a technician on previous brands for trouble shooting, so hopefully looking forward to many years of only twice yearly Cleaning to keep it in running smoothly.

Works great so far. One weird observation - it looks like the cold and cool dispense buttons should be lit up (what with the pretty blue rectangular "glass" in the buttons) maybe when nightlight is switched on, but I guess not.

The unit is very attractive and fits with my stainless steel

The unit is very attractive and fits with my stainless steel appliances. It does have a subtle sound when cooling the tank. It's very user-friendly. The only thing I would change is to put some sort of notch or small handle to be able to open the door. Other than that, I am quite pleased with the unit.
