So far so good. Only have had it operational for 2 days. Really like the hot water feature. Its hot enough for my drinks which is great not to have to use the microwave or tea kettle. Time will tell about the selfcleaning feature electricity usage and how this unit will hold up.

Light easy setup. Water flow is much faster than my previous water cooler. It was delivered on its side instead of standing straight up as indicated on the box so we let it sit upright for 12 hours prior to using.
