Absolutely loved the first Avalon water dispenser. About 1 1/2 years later, disappointed that it broke down and called customer service. They were able to pinpoint our original purchase and we were happy to purchase a replacement product. Great customer service and awesome dispenser!

So far so good. Only have had it operational for 2 days. Really like the hot water feature. Its hot enough for my drinks which is great not to have to use the microwave or tea kettle. Time will tell about the selfcleaning feature electricity usage and how this unit will hold up.
