I love how the machine easily loads the water bottles

Was able to easily set up the product. I like the option of being able to turn off the heating or cooling inside. There also little to no noise emanating from the dispenser and the water comes out really cold and fresh. Overall really satisfied with my new water dispenser.

Bendable steel tube a plus.

Much quieter than the A3 I purchased in 2019 (pump failed). Bendable steel tube a plus. Could live without the "safety" feature of non-operation while the door is open.

Nice unit that fits all our needs for multi water temperatures. My only request would be for the water tray to be a little lower to accommodate my water jug.
