I have had 4 water coolers in the past 30 years. The Avalon A3 is by far the best one. I even bought one for my in-laws! I had one small problem when the pump hose connection loosened and not pumping water. With the assistance from Rene' at Avalon I was able to correct this problem. Thanks Rene'.
