I love my bottom loading water cooler. A few weeks ago my ozone button failed. I contacted support. Sean R. responded very quickly with some ideas to try,. We worked together to try and resolve the problem through emails with detailed instructions. After nothing worked I am receiving a new cooler and decommissioning the old one. What a wonderful company to work with and especially Sean who walked me through the problem solving process. I would give Sean R. and this company 5 stars....happy to be hydrating again....Wendy S

I just wanted to write this and say a great experience it was to be assisted by michaela. She responded with the quickness for our needs of my family. When I just unboxed the water cooler the door is detached, the front of the water cooler is cracked, the plastic tab on the left side of the panel is out of place and the tab on the right side is broken off. Not very happy with this purchase at all and Un fortunately out of my return window now.
