Initially we were very pleased with the product, however after a few days, it started to rattle when dispensing water and a few seconds afterward. We checked the level, which is fine. The rattling appears to come from inside the cooler, and we have no idea how to stop it, or if this is a defect in the cooler

I dont like that the spouts do not have an inserted time like our old one. It was easier to fill water bottles with that feature on the spouts. Other than that I am very satisfied
