My family and I have had this product for almost a week now and are completely in love with it. Super easy set up and very quiet even when cooling the water. It is a little short for a 5'10+ family, but we just ordered the 10" base and super excited for it to be even taller. 100% would recommend this product to all looking for a bottom loading water dispenser.

It's very sleek-looking and works well [the black version]. It arrived quickly after we ordered it. We read the reviews and decided to try this company's model, after the hot water spout on our old model.would not stay locked.
