The product is awesome! Not very elegant for a house but work like a charm. The only drawback is that the metal frame is damaged :( Probably damaged while being build because the box/packaging was in excellent condition. Two places the metal is deformed/damaged... I will not return it as it will be to complicated. Another minor issue, when started the first time, the pump was doing a lots of noise, enough to return the unit for sure. After looking around I have found that the pump was too close to the metal frame. Moving it a little toward me stopped all the noise.

So far so good! We just got it so time will tell. 4 stars instead of 5 because it doesn't have automatic Self-Cleaning that runs on a schedular every day. Instead this has a manual switch at the back that users remember to must press to start the process to clean it from time to time
