So far so good, nice upgrade from my old gravity feed/bottle on top model. Also, the water is now pumped out much faster. Do not miss lifting and flipping the bottle into place.

The product is awesome! Not very elegant for a house but work like a charm. The only drawback is that the metal frame is damaged :( Probably damaged while being build because the box/packaging was in excellent condition. Two places the metal is deformed/damaged... I will not return it as it will be to complicated. Another minor issue, when started the first time, the pump was doing a lots of noise, enough to return the unit for sure. After looking around I have found that the pump was too close to the metal frame. Moving it a little toward me stopped all the noise.
