This bottom fill cooler was purchased as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend, well in advance of the holiday and I hid it in her house. What a surprise! It was setup, easy to do, and we have been enjoying the clean cool water ever since. Such an easy cooler to use and it is a very good looking appliance! Luv it!!!

Everything works well so far, love how it is quiet. Plus the aesthetics are awesome matches our kitchen setup. Easy to setup and being a bottom loader saves my back from aching hahah!

I was very excited to receive my new Avalon water cooler today. It is brilliant! It's a great design, easy to use, love the light and self-cleaning feature... all in all, a great product.
