I'm still a bit undecided on this water cooler. Based on the price and other reviews I expected an excellent product. My cooler arrived with three minor dents on the front stainless steel part. The machine itself is noisier than I expected, and rattles when dispensed cold water.

We had an issue with our cooler upon delivery. I called for support and was most fortunate to have the support from Kyle! He spent time going through a few things as we did a video chat and he walked me through what to do. He was knowledgeable, professional and patient, and at the end of it all provided the best customer support, via video and email. We love our water cooler! Working from home for the majority of the week it makes a huge difference walking over to the cooler to keep hydrated. The model works perfectly. The "Cold" water is very refreshing, "Cool" is good too and the "Hot" water is good for herbal teas. I highly recommend Avalon self-cleaning water cooler and Avalon as a company that stands by the quality of the product. And of course customer support is important when you need it. Thanks Kyle you made a huge difference making things right.
