We LOVE this! I makes it easy to make tea with the hot water have really cold water when needed and for people like me who dont like their water so cold an option of nice and cool water. And we will never have to switch out a bottle. The only thing that could have been better is the directions.

I like that the bottle is bottom load. I am using 4 gal bottles and was originally concerned that the water tube was too long but I haven't had any issues with water leaking. I am excited that it has an auto-clean feature which my last machine didn't have.
