The dispenser looks very nice and sleek and it works great! Set up was easy and I love that there is a cool or a cold option.

This products thermostat can go at which point your cold tank will freeze up. This might fix itself, it might not. It's irreplaceable due to the design. Stay away.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have been very happy with the product. We needed water that is filtered and was hot and cold without connecting it to the tap.

This is one of best bottom load water cooler that we have owned. The water pump runs quiet and effectively. The only issue I have is some rattling noise inside the unit when the compressor is running, I'll contact Avalon and see what they recommend.
