Sharp looking, great features and easy loading

I just received this product today. It is easy to put together and I really appreciate the easy load system of having the water bottle placed at the bottom. Have tried the hot water feature and was very pleased. Haven’t yet tried the cold, but I am sure it will work just as well. I like the self cleaning aspect of this machine as well. So far, so good!

I’m just trying to register the 1-year limited warranty, but it requires me to leave a review at the end to complete the registration. I haven’t even used the water cooler yet, so I’ll rate it 3 stars for now. I wish it didn’t require a review to complete the registration.

Works but sent me a possibly wrong assembled one

Im pretty sure it showed up made incorrectly bc the inner seperater doesnt look like videos when i rinsed it. Would be 5 if it wasnt so. Also whoever thought to have the drain pipe halfway up hates dry floors.

Nice water dispenser. My only gripe is a small one. Opening the door is annoying. Needs a hand intend or something to pull it open. Also...it should just come with the riser base cuz it really ought to be higher up.
I would recommend this to a friend!
