This products thermostat can go at which point your cold tank will freeze up. This might fix itself, it might not. It's irreplaceable due to the design. Stay away.

This is one of best bottom load water cooler that we have owned. The water pump runs quiet and effectively. The only issue I have is some rattling noise inside the unit when the compressor is running, I'll contact Avalon and see what they recommend.
