Right out of the box I noticed it is the best looking water cooler I have ever seen and owned. It was packed with plenty of protection and was delivered in 3 days. Works as expected! No issues so far after 1 week of use.

It works well. My only complaint is the clean process not clearly described and hard to follow. The drainage hole for clean is not easy to hold water which might be messy during cleaning time.
