Water dispenser stops working after 2 years

I’ve had this unit for exactly 2 years and all of a sudden one day it just stops working! I don’t know if I can buy parts, but I don’t know what is wrong it’s not making any sound, it could be the pump, the 12v battery or something much worse like after 2 years it turns into a peace of junk😡
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works great! For two years. Then dies - this is the second Avalon I have had in 4 years - I won't buy another one. The thermostat broke, and freezes the MAIN WATER TANK. So NONE of the spouts work. Before that, it was great (I wish the hot was hotter, because its really not hot enough to actually use for anything other than to put hot water in a kettle to heat it up more)
