Sucks dumped 2.5 gal. Water on floor,13 months old,emailed support,wanted to sell me another one instead of fixing it or giving me an idea of what the problem would be. Nice huh,never again

Water dispenser stops working after 2 years

I’ve had this unit for exactly 2 years and all of a sudden one day it just stops working! I don’t know if I can buy parts, but I don’t know what is wrong it’s not making any sound, it could be the pump, the 12v battery or something much worse like after 2 years it turns into a peace of junk😡
