We have not used our water cooler yet, but we love the features of self cleaning and having the bottle placement on the bottom of the unit. Customer service is great at answering any question you may have.

We absolutely love our Avalon A3 water dispenser! It's so quiet, self-cleaning, and has 3 different water temperatures (hot, room, and cold). It looks great in our kitchen too! Highly recommend!
