So far so good it is really important to fully read the instructions to understand the set up which was very simple and for the proper operation of this unit. As this is the first bottom front load type unit I have owned the first thing I notice is there is no unsightly 5 gallon bottle to look at and you dont have to heave up it in place to do a replacement. Even has a front night light that you can turn off and on!

We received our Avalon Water Cooler as a Christmas gift from our grandson and his girlfriend. Totally love it and especially like the feature to replace water containers in the bottom of the Avalon not having to lift up the heavy containers to refill is so much better!

So far so good cant say anything yet about the products operation as I just open the box and set it up time will tell for me to give a fair review. However if first impression is lasting it came looking pretty good out of the box no damage to unit in shipping. I will see how it works. Chris
