This is my replacement unit from Avalon. The first one had a mechanical problems. Avalon customer service gave me amazing service. They replaced my cooler with a brand new cooler. They actually honored their warranty with out hassle. The unit I received is beautiful; I love it. I recommend Avalon for your cooler needs.

The head collar with the probe doesnt stay in place even after clicking with the water bottles from Sparkletts. It just pops back up.

Setup was incredibly easy and our water dispenser works great! Great looking and SO simple to use. The dispenser is built very well and is good looking too! Well see how it stands up over time but so far its a great purchase!
