Sleek appearance with small footprint and low profile. 2 small design suggestions: the 3 toggle switches on the back should be lighted switches and the not ready indicators of the front should be red not green. Since Ive only had it a week I cant really speak to its reliability yet but so far so good.

Love the dispenser but, horrible to clean

I love having dispenser but, went to drain and clean it today and it's horrible. The lid you need to take off is impossible and the separator, I don't even know what it is. Now the machine is making so much noise after I tried to reassemble. I'll be sticking to self clean from now on.
I would recommend this to a friend!
