Customer service follow up is excellent. Recommend making a note on the Quickstart directions that it is recommended to rinse and drain the unit prior to installation. Followed the quickstart directions and then read the manual. None of the YouTube videos highlighted the need to rinse and drain the unit before installing either :(

it pass QC but the cord were it will give me hot and cold water is not attached..the customer service was very helpful but it took me a awhile to work on it..I got a lot of scratches on my hand because were that cord that needs to be connected is a very small space
