The back panel was bent. The Installation instruction of water inlet was not clear. However the support team helped me for the clear instruction.

Works great. Only negative would be that the cool water should be more room temperature. Its colder than I hoped. Otherwise no other complaints.

We LOVE this! I makes it easy to make tea with the hot water have really cold water when needed and for people like me who dont like their water so cold an option of nice and cool water. And we will never have to switch out a bottle. The only thing that could have been better is the directions.
