We just received our water cooler and the design is very sleek, it is not the typical eye sore that other competitors put out. Unlike other reviews, we do not find the buttons to be difficult to press and we appreciate the thoughtful safety button in place for the hot water dispenser since we have two small children. So far we are extremely pleased with the product.
