I just received a replacement for my cooler because the cold water stopped working after eight months. That being said...customer service was great. They replaced my cooler with a smile! Fingers crossed this one will be fine! Otherwise love my cooler.

We love the product so far. We didnt expect it to hum when the cooling setting is on but it is no louder than what a refrigerator sounds like.
