Like it a lot so far. Very quiet. Easy loading of the water because of the ramp. Most of all of the water is used up and I don't have to dump it into a glass when I change out the bottle. The room temp water is a good idea too.

The top raised. The collar easy popup and the rubber band cannot stop it popup. When move the dispenser the door automatically open it is too relaxed. The water drops delay a small stream of water or wait a while then water drops even the cool water.
