Just received the unit and so far it is great. I can have tea without waiting for water to boil. Only concern is I just noticed a Prop 65 warning on the back so I want to look more into that.

Great customer service Be aware that cool water is dispensed very slowly as it is from a small compartment within cold tank and does not have its own designated compartment
