The compressor for the chiller is very loud much louder than my full size refrigerator. Although the compressor isnt on all the time its highly distracting when it is. For a product that costs nearly $300 it doesnt seem like much care went into this particular design element. If it wasnt for this I wouldve been very happy with the product. Buyer beware.

So far works fine. I didn't pay attention to the dimensions and it is 6 inches taller than my previous water cooler. This will make putting the 5 gallon bottles on quite difficult.
