The water cooler arrived in a timely manner and in good condition. The setup was easy and the product worked as described in the clear and concise instructions. After using the cooler for one week I am very happy with my purchase. I have small grandchildren so I particularly like the hot water safety feature. The children cannot dispense hot water but it is simple for others to operate with one hand. I have not used the self cleaning function as yet.

Seems pretty well made overall and it looks nice. Pretty quiet when its chilling the water and running the pump. Cant adjust the cool water temperature so Im deducting one star. Looks nice and will hopefully last several years. Its nice not having to put heavy 5gallon water bottles on top but there is about 1/2 gallon in the bottle when it shows as empty so its either wasted or I have to pour it into another smaller bottle. This isnt the fault of this cooler and its no big deal but I guess there has to be a tradeoff for not dealing with the top load bottle any longer.

so far so good though its only been in use for a little more than a week. my only complaint at this point is the waste of paper: 3 different glossy user guides in 3 languages with many pages having only one word on them (great to have multiple languages but use less paper please?); same with the multiple one page inserts for registration lets connect like it love it review it we love our customers you get the idea. very very stylish and attractive but too much for this application. will be activating self cleaning tonight so well see how that goes.

The top raised. The collar easy popup and the rubber band cannot stop it popup. When move the dispenser the door automatically open it is too relaxed. The water drops delay a small stream of water or wait a while then water drops even the cool water.

top loading water bottle dispenser leaked 2.5 gallons of water somewhere a seal broke...that was a garbage one. So now purchased a bottom loading water dispenser to prevent this problem again.
