No need to install all you need to do is to plug it to power and put the 5 Gal water bottle turn on the cold and hot water switch and that is it.

I really like this cooler. It is so much easier to load than the top loading one that I previously had. Water temperature is nice and cold for the cold water. Perfect temperature for the hot water and cool water. The self cleaning feature is awesome. There was a bit of a plastic taste for the first few days but it completely went away.

Very happy with the product. Really enjoy having hot water available at the touch of a button. Also really like the selfcleaning feature. My only reason for not rating it 5 stars is that I wish the unit was a little taller.
