Odd noises sometimes

so far it makes odd noises sometimes and it is a bigger mess to put a new bottle in than it is with the water dispensers where the bottle goes on top

So far so good. We've only had it a couple days, but I like the fact of not having to lift the big jugs of water to place on top. It looks nice. The next morning the water was cold and the hot was hot. It doesn't get as hot as my kettle, but it is a good temperature for coffee etc. I would recommend it at this point.
