Love my water cooler. So quiet and sleek with the water jug hidden underneath! Usually water coolers are an eye sore. Not mine!!

Everything appears to be good. They dont tell you there are no water bottles included and how to get your water. You can get a service or do the self service water once you buy bottles or do switching out.

The initial cleaning/flushing thats recommended in the booklet was such a hassel. The top lid was not easy to remove the water wouldnt drain properly. We had to call the support number to figure out why the system wasnt draining all the water.
