So far so good. First one was damaged and a replacement was shipped in a timely basis. Great Customer Service. First time using a bottom loaded water dispenser. This replaced a top loading water dispenser that worked great for at least 5 years and then stopped cooling the water.

Great look love the three temperature setting and the self cleaning function. Also fantastic that it gets 99% of water out of the bottle our last cooler left 1/3 of the bottle. Only issue we have is the hot water is not as hot as advertised. Will be speaking with customer service on this issue.
