Product is good it just makes a lot of noise when chilling the water and doesnt dispense the water as fast I want

After having the water dispenser for 2 weeks the hot water never did work. I contacted the company and after troubleshooting it still did not work. The Avalon company graciously replaced it! Thank you Avalon.

Nice Flat top water bottles fit in the fill area independant switches for hot cold night light and switch for UV cleaning.

Works great. Have used all 3 modes, hot, cool, and cold, and temperatures are exactly as it should be. When I received this item, there was a pinhole leak from the drain spout/plug, but customer service immediately shipped a replacement spout.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far we love our water cooler. Only complaint is that when the compressor kicks on its noisy but we have gotten used to it.
