Fairly easy to install...water was cold after 15 minutes...could use arrows pointing to outlet nozzles since they are low....otherwise seems to be a quality product

I am so far pleased with the water cooler and your customer service as they were quick to diagnose a faulty float valve due damaged wiring. The new part was sent timely and I was provided with the information on how to replace the part. So as of today so far so good.
