Impressed by all the quality features: self ozone cleaning, bacteria free material, 3 temp control, bottom fill, ability to thoroughly and easily clean dispenser when needed. However reasons for 4 star : Slight annoying rattling when condenser is on, and cold water temperature could be colder.

The nightlight is pretty dysfunctional as it's not bright enough nor placed correctly to really use it. And as well it is making some noises that are somewhat concerning, but have not yet presented a problem, but did make me feel it necessary to register instead of just trusting it would work.

I've had the cooler for a month and it has already stopped cooling. Yes I've trouble shot according to the manual. I'll have to call about it and find out the issue, which really is an inconvenience to me. Hopefully it'll be an easy fix or return option.
I would recommend this to a friend!
