So far so good. Only complaint so far was the instructional sticker on top of dispenser was not easy to peel off. There is still residue left over after cleaning and using an adhesive remover. Other than that easy installation water flows easily and no metallic taste in water.

First time setup takes a while to heat up water/cool it down but otherwise a really nice cooler. Only thing I would like is markings where the spouts are so you know where to put your cup.
