The nightlight is pretty dysfunctional

The nightlight is pretty dysfunctional as it's not bright enough nor placed correctly to really use it. And as well it is making some noises that are somewhat concerning, but have not yet presented a problem, but did make me feel it necessary to register instead of just trusting it would work.

I've had the cooler for a month and it has already stopped cooling. Yes I've trouble shot according to the manual. I'll have to call about it and find out the issue, which really is an inconvenience to me. Hopefully it'll be an easy fix or return option.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far we are very pleased with our new bottom loading Avalon water cooler. It was easy to get the cooler set up and to place the bottle in the cooler. We use the cold water and have the hot water switched off on the back of the cooler. We like that little feature.
