We have purchased 2 of these water coolers because we like them so much. About 1 month after the 2nd arrived it started leaking. We contacted Avalon and they sent us a new one and a prepaid return label to return the broken one. We consider that to be good service and are satisfied with the way it was handled.

Works as expected! Weve been using it for around 2 weeks and have yet to come across any issues. We love that it has a selfcleaning feature; hoping that this will extend the life of the water cooler for years to come.

Noise level is higher than reasonable when engine starts and cold water is not as cold as my old unit in my opinion. Hot water function works well.
