I have only had the product for a week, but am extremely satisfied. Quiet running. Hot water is very hot. Makes making tea so easy. Cold water is cold and refreshing. So available.

So far so good. The water doesn't get very cold unfortunately. I'm not sure if that's because mine is faulty or not but other than that it's fine.
