Overall still a great product

Upon initial cleaning, it asked to remove the back plug to drain water poured. It was a bit difficult in removing which resulted in the plastic clasp to break. Overall still a great product, just be very careful as the instructions for the initial setup lack some detail.

Nice cooler. Difficult instructions to clean tank. Cold water not as cold as would like it to be and have to wait sometimes for it to get cold. Horrible taste for 1st 5 gallons of water until "cleans" out tubes. Very easy to get 5 gallon into bottom loader.
