So far like it very much. The probe, however, is very difficult to adjust and cleaning it every 6 mos. for maximum life span seems time consuming. We will do that for sure though.

Just set up water dispenser a little over a week ago and so far so good. This is our first water dispenser that the bottle is not top loaded and it is easy to change bottles. There is minimal water remaining when the change bottle indicator light flashes.

Thus far the product seems to be working well. It is relatively quiet and leaves very little water left in the bottle when it is time for replacement. Cold water temperature is also fine.

Upon initial cleaning, it asked to remove the back plug to drain water poured. It was a bit difficult in removing which resulted in the plastic clasp to break. Overall still a great product, just be very careful as the instructions for the initial setup lack some detail.
