Set it up and it delivers cold/hot water better then our Primo dispenser did. I took out one star due to the dispenser I received had a dent on the side. Returning can be a pain but other then that it works perfectly!

We've only had the water cooler for a month and so far so good. I little loud when it dispenses the water but no other time does it make a noise. I love that the bottle is hidden.
I would recommend this to a friend!
