Like the concept of bottle on the bottom. It is a little loud at times, but not consistently. Had a problem at set up, the pump wasn’t drawing up water from the jug. Called customer service. The rep was quick to the call,quick to have a solution, and was professional. I like the unit so far only concern is the sometimes loud refrigerator sound.

Happy so far, love being able to make oatmeal easily with the hot water and to be able to drink cold water without needing ice. It’s a tad bit louder at times, but nothing significant, just noticeable.

This Avalon product is quieter and dispenses colder water than my old one (different brand). Love the self-cleaning too for my peace of mind.

Very good quality build with top parts. It is heavier then most other models and that is good. So far very happy. It is pricey for the unit but I think you get what you pay for.
