We've only had the water cooler for a month and so far so good. I little loud when it dispenses the water but no other time does it make a noise. I love that the bottle is hidden.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Loving the system. Only thing I've noticed is that when it's re-filling the water tanks it makes a loud sound. I was just wondering if that's normal.
