Customer Service is great. Hot water is very hot cold water is very cold. A bit of a new cooler taste but hopefully that will go away. I am very please with this water cooler.

Thus far the product seems to be working well. It is relatively quiet and leaves very little water left in the bottle when it is time for replacement. Cold water temperature is also fine.

Easy to install, buttons are easy to push and cold water is cold....as advertised. I have only had the unit for about 2 weeks but so far so good.
