The style and ease of set up is fine, but the fact that the cooling feature stopped working only after 6 months is not fine. Hoping that this issue can be easy resolved.

This is my first water dispenser and I had no problem setting it up. It's not loud and I love the three temperature options. Very happy with my purchase.

Setup was easy. Unit was making a vibrating noise so I simply tightened up the screws in the back and it is now quiet.
