After extensive research we bought the A3. We are using this dispenser at the cottage for drinking water. Wanted an update from the blue plastic water containers. Very practical to have a bottom load unit so bottles are easy to load. Easy to set up. Easy to use . Cool and cold water temperatures are just fine. I prefer the temperature of the cool water. We unplug the unit when we leave. Plug back on arrival and it's not long we have cold water. Having this unit we have increased our water drinking. Don't need the hot water feature so I turned it off in the back. If using the hot water there is a child safety lock on top. To us it's quiet, only when it's filling or cooling you get some noise but doesn't bother us. Our fridge is louder. The night light feature is not necessary for us so it's turned off. Unit looks modern and stylish definitely an update for the cottage. Nice to have an indicator light to show when the bottle is empty. Easy to use the Self cleaning feature. Do it at night. Indicator light blinks when cleaning and off when complete. Not sure how it really works at cleaning. At 6 months will do a manual cleaning. So far we are happy with our purchase and recommend this unit.
