The bottom water loader was very convenient. Easy cleaning. Hot water dispenser takes more time than expected.

We order glass bottles and the head of the part that should fit on top of the bottle does not, because the lip of our bottles are thicker than plastic ones. There is no way to adjust this and while we have found a way around the problem, there was no indication that this problem may arise. Otherwise, very satisfactory.
