This is my 2nd time trying an Avalon. My 1st purchase lasted less than 2 years but longer than the 1 year warranty.

Worked out of the box. Hot water is hot. Cold water is cold. Set up is easy, although still trying to figure out how to hook up a 3 gallon bottle.

Our office wore out a similar model, but this is as good as it gets. A more expensive model with a silly screen on it broke within a month, so this simple work horse is much more trusted than a high tech water dispenser.
